Oil Changers is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the following positions:

  • Technicians

    In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to: safely guiding vehicles into service bays; greeting customers upon arrival; verifying service and safety requirements including pre-existing conditions with the customer and the other technicians working on the vehicle; recommending services as needed; performing limited data entry into the computer; communicating effectively with the crew and with customers, and performing some exterior maintenance of customer vehicles. Individuals applying for any technical position must be either 18 years of age or be participating in a qualified work-experience education program through the employee’s school.

  • Greeters

    In this position, we are seeking individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to: greeting customers upon arrival; maintaining good traffic flow during peak periods; generating work orders and recommending services as needed; data entry into the computer; maintaining order accuracy and completeness; communicating effectively with the crew and with customers; and performing some exterior maintenance of customer vehicles.

  • Lead Tech

    In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency and some supervisory skills. Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to opening/closing the store consistently; mentoring team members; counting inventory; assisting the Asst. Manager and Store Manager in establishing and achieving production goals; controlling cash shortages and inventory shrinkage; and demonstrating the ability to effectively perform in other positions. This is a developmental role into management and a stepping stone into success.

  • Asst. Managers

    In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency and supervisory skills. Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to: opening/closing the store consistently; training and development of team; ordering inventory and performing other inventory functions; assisting manager in establishing and achieving production goals; controlling cash shortages and inventory shrinkage; and demonstrating the ability to effectively perform in other positions. Experience in store operations and oil change process in required.

  • Store Managers

    In this position, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with an ability to provide friendly and professional customer service while also demonstrating technical proficiency and exceptional supervisory skills. Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to; training and development of a team; scheduling and labor control; ordering inventory and performing other inventory functions; establishing and achieving production goals; controlling cash shortages and inventory shrinkage; and demonstrating the ability to effectively perform in other positions. Essentially, the Store Manager is responsible for all operations at their store location. Oil Changer Management Development experience is required.
